Discussion on the teaching paradigm reform in university management,urgent need to clarify the many difficulties faced by the teaching reform.On this basis,further study the innovation of teaching method.Construction of a specific path in higher education teaching paradigm reform management,from several aspects of strengthening the faculty construction,improve the practice of science curriculum system,establish a scientific performance evaluation system,etc.
