摘要
中国传统哲学中的宇宙世界是一个充满希望的意象世界,中医学在中国传统哲学思想的影响下,对环境与健康和疾病的关系有深刻的认识。在《黄帝内经》中提出的"天人相应"观点,是生态医学思想与智慧的高度凝练,阐明了自然界的变化规律与人体活动变化之间的紧密联系。中医药对预防和治疗与生态环境变化相关的健康问题具有积极的作用。因此,弘扬中医理论和养生方法对正确处理人与生态环境的关系具有重要意义,应该引起人类的共同关注。
The universe in Chinese traditional philosophy is an imagery world full of hopes. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a deep understanding of relationship between environment and health and diseases under the influence of traditional Chinese philosophy. The point of view ＂Unification of Heaven and Man＂ in the Huang Di Nei Jing is the highly condensed thought and wisdom of ecological medicine. It illustrates the close ties of change rules in nature and changes in human activities. TCM has a positive effect on the provention and treatment of health problems related to changes in ecological environment. Therefore, promoting TCM theory and methods of health maintenance is important to dealing with the relationship between human beings and ecological environment, which deserves common concern of humankind.
