边支球囊保护技术在分叉病变PCI术中安全性及有效性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察边支球囊保护技术在分叉病变PCI术中的有效性及安全性。方法 89例患者冠状动脉真性分叉病变边支直径小于2.5 mm,随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(45例)。观察组在PCI术中采用边支球囊保护技术,对照组在PCI术中采用钢丝保护技术。观察手术的安全性及有效性。结果两组PCI成功率均为100%,观察组手术时间、造影剂用量、边支受累情况及边支血管支架置入数量、术中并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间心血管不良事件发生率有降低的趋势。结论边支球囊保护技术简单、方便,在临床上有一定的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of side-branch balloon protection technology in the application of bifurcation lesions during PCI. Methods 89 patients diagnosed as bifurcation lesions were randomly divided into observation group(44 patients) and control group(45 patients). Patients in the observation group were treated by side-branch balloon protection technology, and patients in the control group were treated by side-branch wire protection technology. The effect and safety were investigated in the two groups. Results The success rates of PCI in the observation group and control group were both 100%. Operation time, the amount of contrast agent and the number of branch vessel stent implantation of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The adverse events during the postoperative follow-up period were lower in the observation group. Conclusion Side-branch balloon protection technology is simple and convenient. This kind of technology has a certain value in clinical application.
