临床本科护士自我效能感与科研能力的相关性研究

Study on correlation between self-efficacy and research capacity in undergraduate nurse

[目的]了解临床本科护士自我效能感与科研能力的关系。[方法]选取西安市14所三级甲等综合性医院临床本科护士350名,采用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能感量表和护理人员科研能力自评量表进行调查。[结果]临床本科护士自我效能感得分为24.80分±6.11分,科研能力总分为38.76分±23.53分,临床本科护士总体科研能力与自我效能感相关系数r=0.287,P<0.01。[结论]临床本科护士总体科研能力及各维度与自我效能感呈正相关。

Objective：To know about the relationship between self efficacy and research capacity of undergrad-uate nurse.Methods：A total of 350 undergraduate nurse in 14 third grade A general hospitals in Xi’an city were selected and surveyed by using the general information Questionnaire,General Self Efficacy Scale,and Nursing Staff Research Capacity of Self Rating Scale were used in this study.Results：The score of self efficacy of the undergraduate nurse was 24.80 ±6.1 1,the score of research capacity was 38.76 ±23.53.Correlation coefficient between research capacity and self efficacy of undergraduate nurses was γ=0.287 （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The research capacity was positively correlative with the self efficacy of undergraduate nurses.
