摘要
目的:探讨当归多糖对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的作用。方法:将实验小鼠随机分为对照组、酒精模型后当归多糖未干预组、酒精模型后当归多糖干预组。酒精模型后当归多糖干预组连续腹腔注射当归多糖6d,单纯酒精模型组及正常对照组腹腔注射等量生理盐水。光镜观察肝组织形态结构。结果:酒精模型后当归多糖干预组,第2天肝组织结构已出现恢复,第5天可见明显肝小叶结构,第11天肝小叶完全恢复正常;而酒精模型后当归多糖未干预组,肝组织修复差,第11天还未出现明显的结构修复。结论:当归多糖可明显促进受损肝组织修复,对肝脏起到保护作用。
Objective:To explore the Angelica sinensis polysaccharide effect on alcoholic liver injury in mice.Methods:The experimental mice were randomly divided into control group,after alcohol model of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide was not intervented group,angelica sinensis polysaccharide intervention group after alcohol model.Alcohol model of Angelia sinensis polysaccharide intervention group after continuously intraperitoneal injection of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide for 6d,intraperitoneal injection of pure alcohol model group and normal control group amount of saline solution.Liver tissue morphology is observed.Results:Alcohol after the model of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide intervention group,the liver tissue of 2dstructure has been restored,can be obviously lobular architecture 5d,11 dlobular completely back to normal;and alcohol model after Angelica sinensis polysaccharide without intervention group,liver tissue repair bad,11 dwas not a significant structural repair.Conclusion:Angelica sinensis polysaccharide can obviously promote the damaged liver tissue repair,to protect the liver.
