摘要
基于文献研究,文章以职业认同为分析视角,分析了职业认同与专业化发展的互动关系。鉴于社区教育工作者队伍构成的复杂性,以实践为例,从职业认知、职业地位、职业效能、职业情感等梳理了社区教育工作者职业认同危机的表现及原因,围绕社区教育工作者的职业自主性、职业本土化、职业话语权、职业敬业感等问题提出了促进专业化发展思考与建议。
In this thesis, a relationship between career identity and professional development is analyzed from the perspective of career identity based on literature research. In view of the complicated composition of the community educators team, the author, taking practical examples, probes into the reflection and causes of career identity crisis of community educators from professional cognition, status, performance, emotion and others, and puts forward thoughts and suggestions to promote its professional development centering on community educators' career autonomy, localization, right to make a voice, sense of devotion, among others.
