大分子偶联剂的制备及其在Nano-SiO_2/EP材料中的应用 被引量:1

Research on The Preparation of A Macromolecule Couple Agent and Its Application in The Cured Epoxy Resin Modified by Nano-silica

摘要 利用分段加入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷的自由基聚合方法合成了大分子偶联剂——功能性聚丙烯酸酯,并对聚合物的结构进行了表征。将大分子偶联剂——功能性聚丙烯酸酯应用到纳米二氧化硅改性环氧树脂固化物体系中,并对固化物的热性能及断裂横截面形貌进行研究。结果显示:与单纯的纳米二氧化硅改性环氧树脂固化物相比,加入大分子偶联剂——功能性聚丙烯酸酯后,固化物的玻璃化转变温度变化较小,起始热分解温度降低,断裂横截面的形貌呈现明显的韧性断裂,环氧树脂固化物的韧性得到明显提高。 A macromolecule couple agent(functional polyacrylate) was synthesized by conventional radical copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate,methyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and γ-( methacryloxypropyl) trimethoxy silane. Then the structure of the macromolecule couple agent w,as confirmed by FT-IR. The thermal properties as well as the fracture cross section’s morphology of the cured epoxy resin were investigated in detail, when the macromolecule couple agent were applied in the cured epoxy resin modified by nano-silica. The glass transition temperature essentially constant,while the initial degradation temperature for 5%weight loss (Td 5%) decreased. The morphologies of the fracture surfaces,by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),show the toughness of the cured epoxy resin improved,when the the macromolecule couple agent were applied in the cured epoxy resin modified by nano-silica. The epoxide and methylsiloxane groups in the macromolecule coupling agent structure can react during the curing process,and chemically incorporate into the crosslinking network.
