产学研及“互联网+”创业培养模式探索——以食品加工类课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了食品加工类课程创业模式的教学改革与教学实践的体会。将企业的部分研究项目由大学生承担,并进行有偿技术合作。同时,引导有营销兴趣的学生采用"互联网+"进行营销体验。这种教学模式使学生的学习积极性得以大大提高,并在学校学习了创业的基础知识和方法,收到了良好的教学效果。 The teaching reform of food processed curriculum innovation model with practical experience in teaching was introduced in this paper. Parts of the enterprise research project will be undertaken by university students, and paid technical cooperation will be processed. At the same time, students who have interest in marketing will be led to experience the e+ Internet. This teaching mode greatly improves the learning enthusiasm of students who also learn the basis and method of entrepreneurship, and received favorable teaching effect.
