Design and Verification of Pipe Bending Machine

弯管机被广泛地应用于工程和制造业中,基于此,阐述弯管机的主轴、传动和弯管力矩等关键要素的设计计算,并引入CMK和CPK等指数验证弯管机稳定性和弯管生产过程能力。

Pipe bending machine is widely used in engineering and manufacturing. Based on this, this paper described the design and calculation of the key elements of the main shaft, transmission and bending moment of thepipe bending machine, and the CMK and CPK were introduced to verify the stability of the pipe bending machine andthe capacity of the bend pipe production process.
