氧化铁粉下料系统的设计与改造

摘要 在石墨电极的生产过程中,氧化铁粉下料系统故障会引起配料精度下降,影响生产效率和产品质量。基于此,通过对氧化铁粉下料系统的技术改造,解决了现有技术中存在的系统堵塞而无法正常下料的技术难题,提高了配料精度和产品质量。 In the production of graphite electrodes, the malfunction of the ferric oxide powder feed system can lead todecline in proportioning accuracy, and have negative effects on production efficiency and product quality. Based onthis, through the technological transformation of the powder feeding system, the technical problem existing in the prior art that can not be normally expected due to the blockage of the system was solved, the batching accuracy and product quality were improved.
