摘要
通过对气缸体铸件的结构分析,针对其结构复杂、热节点多、造型操作复杂等问题,确定气缸体的铸造工艺、熔炼工艺,探索气缸体类铸件球墨铸铁化的生产经验。
Through the structure of cylinder block casting analysis, in view of the complex structure, the hot node, thecomplex shape operation and so on, the casting process and the smelting process of the cylinder block were deter-mined, to explore the cylinder body casting of nodular cast iron production experience.
