摘要
农用机械产品是为了满足农业生产才产生的,按照不同的农艺要求制订出不同的功能和结构的农机产品。针对此,基于TRIZ(发明问题的解决理论)的创新理论解决流程,以提高本公司现生产的甘蔗种植机的性能为例,进行产品的改良研究,应用Pro/I建立了甘蔗种植机的功能结构模型:通过功能价值分析,对系统组件进行裁剪;通过因果分析和资源分析确定了解决问题的入手点和解决问题所能借助的有用资源;通过技术矛盾、物理矛盾分析、知识库查询类比、物场分析、S曲线+进化路径得出了多种解决问题的方案;通过评价模型、方案评价得出了最终方案,为公司带来了一定的经济效益。
The generation of agricultural machinery products is to meet the agricultural production, according to thedifferent agronomic requirements for different function and structure of agricultural machinery products. Based on thetheory of the innovation of the TRIZ solve process, to improve the performance of the company production of sugarcane planting machine as an example, product improvement, application of Pro/I sugarcane planting machine function structure model was established: By cutting through function value analysis on system components; By causalanalysis and resource analysis to determine the solution to the problem; Through the analysis of the technical andphysical contradictions, knowledge query analogy, field analysis, the S curve + evolution path obtained a variety of solution; Finally obtained by evaluation model, project evaluation, brought a certain economic benefits for the company.
