在分析BIM应用的特点,研究BIM技术在业主方进行全生命周期项目管理中的应用的基础上,通过剖析BIM在业主方应用时存在的风险,提出通过建立统一的团队来有效规避风险的管理思路,以期对业主方进行项目全生命周期管理和信息分析提供理论依据。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of BIM application, the study of the application of BIM technol-ogy in the whole life cycle project management, by analyzing the risk of BIM in the application of the owner, this paper put forward to establish a unified team to effectively avoid the risk of management ideas, in order to provide theoretical basis for the whole life cycle management and information analysis of the project owner.
