气体介入式液位计在聚酯生产中的应用

在聚酯生产过程中,反应釜的液位测量非常关键。聚酯反应釜的液位测量仪表种类较多,有浮筒液位计、法兰式液位计、放射性液位计等,测量方法各不相同,但均存在一些问题。本文介绍了气体介入式液位计在聚酯反应釜上的应用,讨论了应用中的经验。气体介入式液位计采用测量仪表不与被测介质接触的方式成功地解决了现有问题,在聚酯生产中具有较高的推广价值。

In the polyester production process, the liquid level measurement of the reactor is very important . There are many kinds of polyester reactor liquid level measuring meters, such as float liquid level meter, flange- type liquid level gauge, radioactive level gauge etc. The measurement methods were not identical, but also indicate their own shortcomings which were difficult to solve. This paper introduced the application of gas-intervention liquid meter of the reactors chemical fiber factory. And also other polyester manufacturers could share experience during the application. Gas-intervention liquidometer did not contacted with measured medium, and also solved all kinds of difficulties. Thus it had an advantage in the polyester production.
