摘要
研究分析了几种不同的纤维膨松特性测试方法及装置对测试结果的准确性的影响,针对测试结果误差来源分析,设计了一种能提高纤维膨松特性指标测试结果准确度的新型测试装置,用改进前后的两种装置进行了纤维膨松特性测试对比分析。结果表明,不同的装置在测试过程中样品的状态、施加负荷时的人为影响因素、测量参数如面积、高度的不确定性等诸多因素是影响试验结果准确度的关键因素。通过对测量箱体的改进及施加负荷方式的改进,大大降低了试验中样品放置过程产生的误差、样品受压过程中因气体阻隔产生的误差、对样品施加负荷时对纤维压板控制不稳定带来的高度测量误差、样品被压缩过程中面积变化产生的测量及计算系统误差等,保证了测试结果的准确性、再现性。
The Influence of accuracy of fibers, bulkiness test resulted from different test methods and installations was researched and the test error source was analyzed. A new test installation which can improve the test accuracy of bulkiness performance was designed. Two different fiber sample, bulkiness performance were tested and comparative analyzed with modified installation and unmodified installation. The results showed that many factors such as the sample,s under pressure, operator, personal error when loading, the uncertainty of test parameter such as sample’ area and height and etc. were the critical factor which influenced the test results accuracy. Because the test box and the type of loading of the modified installation were improved, during the fibers, bulkiness per-formance test, the error from the samples while be played in the sample box, the error from the different air volume when pressing the sample, the system error from test and count of samples, different area before and after loading, and etc would be greatly reduced. The accuracy and reproducibility would be guaranteed.
