摘要
通过使用非径向DEA模型,测算出我国30个省建筑业经济与环境联合效率,并基于非径向DEA模型的对偶模型,提出了不同省份建筑业的投资策略。结果显示北京市建筑业的经济与环境联合效率最高,而河北、山东和湖北等省效率较低;此外将全国30个省份分为5种类型,针对各省的当前联合效率以及投资有效性给出了投资策略,以求为相关的政策提供建议。
As one of the most energy-intensive industries, construction industry is a main carbon sector in China. Along with the rapid development of construction industry, a large number of issues have become more apparent, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of China’s construction industry. In this paper, we use a non-radial data envelopment analysis (DEA) based method to evaluate the economic and environmental unified efficiency of construction industry for 30 provinces during 2008-2012. Then we propose investment strategies for each province by employing the DEA dual model. In this study, Beijing performs best in construction industry during 2008-2012, while Hebei, Shandong and Hubei are the worst performed regions. Based on unified efficiency and the effectiveness of investments; we divide 30 provinces into 5 categories and put forward corresponding investment strategies. Finally, relevant policy implications are derived after the empirical study.
