当前网络的迅猛发展,一方面给人们带来了极大便利,另一方面也带来了一些问题,如由于网络的匿名性,人们在网络上畅所欲言,这就导致其真实性受到质疑。在这种情况下,仅仅依靠外在的制度约束尚不够,还需要内在的道德控制。中华优秀传统文化尤其儒家文化包含着优秀的道德思想,可以对网络道德建设提供有益的借鉴,这对于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观具有十分重要的理论意义和现实价值。

The rapidly developing Internet not only brings great convenience to people but also brings some problems. For example, people can speak out freely on the Internet due to the anonymity of the network, which leads to its authenticity being questioned. By this token, it is not enough to just rely on the external constraints. There is excellent moral thoughts for Chinese excellent traditional culture especially Confucianism, which can provide some useful reference for network moral construction, and very important theoretical significance and practical value for cultivating and practicing the core socialist values.
