摘要 合成了PVC用的稀土热稳定剂谷氨酸镧,用红外光谱进行表征。测试了谷氨酸镧的热稳定性,探讨了其与季戊四醇、硬脂酸钙的协同效果。研究表明谷氨酸镧热稳定性较好。100份PVC中添加1.4份谷氨酸镧、0.8份季戊四醇、0.8份硬脂酸钙能有效延长PVC热稳定时间、减缓试样初期着色、降低加工能耗。 Lanthanum glutamate was synthesized as the rare-earth thermal stabilizer for PVC. The structure was characterized by FT-IR. The thermal stability was determined and the synergistic effect with pentaerythritol and calcium stearate was further explored. The results indicate that lanthanum glutamate has good thermal stability. When lanthanum glutamate 1.4 portion, pentaerythritol 0.8 portion and calcium stearate 0.8 portion added in PVC 100 portion, the thermal stability time of PVC was effectively extended, the initial coloring was inhibited, and the energy consumption of processing was reduced.
