江苏省养老业利用外资的调查与思考

江苏是全国最早进入人口老龄化的省份,也是老龄化比例最高的省份,随着全省老年人口的快速增加、人们物质生活水平的不断提高,以及养老观念的深刻变化,养老机构越来越受到人们的关注。从目前全省养老机构发展情况看,体量小、数量少、单一化、层次低的现状已难以满足人们对养老服务多层次、多样化的需求,迫切需要大力引进外资养老机构及其先进成熟的管理运营经验和标准,改善养老服务体系供给侧。同时,大力引进外资养老机构也符合当前江苏利用外资转型升级、提质增效的现实需求。

From the current development of the province＇s pension agency situation, the volume is small, a small number of single, low-level current situation has been difficult to meet people＇s multilevel pension services, a variety of needs, the urgent need to introduce advanced foreign pension institutions and mature management operating experience and standards to improve the supply side of the old-age service system. At the same time, to introduce foreign pension institutions is also consistent with the current transformation and upgrading of foreign investment in Jiangsu, quality and efficiency of practical needs.
