江苏的融资租赁行业发展较早,为江苏的经济发展提供了有力的支撑,但也面临着外资主导、增速放缓、中长期资金和行业人才缺乏等问题。对此要积极学习自贸区经验、吸引专业化人才,并且积极对接银行等金融机构与融资租赁公司的合作。

The financial leasing industry of Jiangsu Province has developed for a relative long time and provided a strong support for its economic development. However, there still exist several problems such as being dominated by foreign capital, the slowdown of growth, as well as the lack of long-term capital and professional talents. As the countermeasures, Jiangsu Province should learn the experience of FTA, make efforts to attract professional talents and provide an environment for the cooperation of the financial leasing company and other financial institution such as bank.
