人力资源是企业的第一资源,人是企业经营最根本的出发点。本文以酒店行业为例,分析了当前我国酒店业人力资源管理呈现的新的特征,对新形势下酒店业如何创新人力资源管理提出了新的思路和对策。

Human resource is the most important resource of corporations and is the baseline of any corporal operations. This article first use hotel industry as an example to analyze new traits of human resource management in China. Then it provides creative ways of thinking and strategies to innovate for the industry under the new circumstances.
