摘要
以企业战略转型为主线,采用探索性单案例研究方法,以江西瑞原门窗装饰有限公司为案例样本,分析其企业战略转型不同成长阶段的影响因素、演进路径,构建企业战略转型演化模型。研究表明:在企业不同成长阶段,企业内外部环境对其战略转型的影响作用存在差异;企业战略转型遵循一定的规律,即由战略转型方式选择、战略转型实施过程以及战略转型结果导向构成,其中战略转型实施过程包括环境认知、资源契合、系统控制和模式创新4个环节。
Aiming to take the corporate strategic transformation as the main line, using exploratory single case study approach, taking Jiangxi Ruiyuan doors and windows Decoration Co. ,Ltd. (short in "Ruiyuan") as a case sample, by analyzing influential factors of corporate strategic transformation in different growing stages evolution path to build enterprise strategic transformation & evolution model. Research shows that at different growing stages of companies, there is a difference between internal and external environment which influence the strategic transformation of the enterprise. Corporate Strategic transformation also follows a certain evolution path, which is the selection model of the strategic transfor-mation, he implementation process of the strategic transformation and the results oriented strategic transformation con-stituted the evolution path among them. The implementation process of the strategic transformation includes environmental awareness, resource fitness, system control and model innovation.
