摘要
采用S形钢丝缠绕和除湿技术进行主缆除湿,干燥空气进入米级直径主缆内层以及钢丝间有效层流非常困难。等间距改变钢丝断面成非标准圆,增大成缆时丝间空隙;将S形钢丝缠绕改成波形断面钢带缠绕,增大主缆表层与缠绕物料间间隙;在缠绕物料间夹塞密封用软质材料,提高主缆外包防护自密性和耐候能力;通过以上辅助措施,可增大表层和丝间间隙,使气流沿主缆表层纵览向流动通畅,并有效紊流贯通于内层钢丝间,能显著提高主缆除湿效率。
Using sigmoidal wire to wind and dehumidifying technology for main cable to make the dry air into the level meters between the inner diameter of main cable and effective laminar flow of wire difficult. Change the wire section with the same space into non-standard circle, increasing the bundles gap between wires is a kind of ef-fective measures; Change the s-shaped wire winding for wide steel strip coil to increase the clearance between the surface of steel wire ring and winding materials ; Clip soft composite material into the wide wave steel belt to wind, improve the ability of main cable air tightness and weather resistance. Through the auxiliary measures above, increase the cable outer longitudinal and inter wire gap, so that the air flows along the surface of the main cable overview to flow smoothly and turbulence through the inner steel wire, which can significantly improve the efficiency of main cable dehumidification.
