On Optimization and Simulation for Structure Parameters of a Truck Gearbox

摘要 根据货车变速器设计要求和特点,介绍了一种以货车变速器体积最小为目标函数的优化设计方法,通过建立以齿轮齿面接触疲劳强度、齿根弯曲疲劳强度、中心距等为主要约束条件的数学模型,利用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化,并对实例进行计算和对比.在此基础上,应用Romaxdesigner软件进行建模和仿真,并分析优化后齿轮的仿真结果.研究结果表明:优化后,变速器的总体积减小了15.3%,各对齿轮均满足其强度要求,其优化设计方法有效地减小了变速器的体积.将优化分析、虚拟样机技术用于变速器设计,可以缩短设计周期,提高设计质量,为变速器的轻量化设计提供理论依据. According to the design requi rements and characterist ics forat ruck gearbox, in the art icle a method has been introduced which the minimum volume has been selected as the objective function, and an optimization design mathematical model of a truck gearbox been set up using major constraint conditions of contact fatigue strength of tooth surface, bending fatigue strength of tooth root, and center diameter. The optimization analysis has been performed using optimal toolbox of Matlab program, a case has also been calculated. And on this base, a 3D model has been established and simulated with Romaxdesigner and the simulation results of the gear after optimization has been analyzed. The results show that the volume of the gearbox has reduced 15. 3% after optimization , and each pair of gears can meet the strength requirements . The method of optimization design can effectively reduce the volume of gearbox. The optimization analysis and virtual prototype technology have been used in gearbox design in this paper. This method can reduce the design period and increase the design quality. It can provide a certain theory theoretical foundation for lightweight design of gearbox.
