摘要
近年来我国经济水平不断提高,汽车也逐渐成为主要的交通工具之一,但是在节能减排的大环境下,汽车的尾气排放量和燃油量较大也是一个不容忽视的问题,已经引起了社会的广泛关注,要降低汽车燃油量,减少汽车自重较为关键,在国际上主要通过使用轻量化材料来达到这个目的,同时汽车制造企业还要兼顾汽车安全性能以满足用户需求。文章将就汽车车身结构安全部件材料匹配优化设计展开探讨。
In recent years economy is improving gradually in our country,and car also gradually becomes one of the main means of transportation,but under the circumstances of energy conservation and emissions reduction,car exhaust emissions and fuel quantity is also a problem that can't be ignored,and has caused the wide attention of the society.Therefore,it is very important to reduce automobile fuel quantity and automobile weight.In the world,it mainly uses lightweight materials to achieve this goal,at the same time,automobile manufacturing enterprise should pay attention to auto safety performance to meet users' needs.This paper discusses matching optimization design of safety parts of car body structure.
