Building a new socialist countryside is a great historical task in the process of modernization and is an important strategic measure to solve the problem of 'agriculture,rural areas and farmers'.This paper analyzes necessity of research on the problems of the rural ecological environmentunder the background of new rural construction,discusses the main problems of the rural ecological environment,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the rural ecological environment problems and promote the construction of new socialist countryside.
