农村土地确权存在困境与对策研究

Research on Difficulties in Rural Land Counterpoising and Countermeasures

当前我国土地确权中存在对土地权证的作用认识不足、一些已私自开垦的"四荒"土地确权难以落实、在耕地上建成的私人住宅阻碍了土地确权、技术和费用问题影响土地确权的精准度、土地权证的登记发放耗时耗力等问题。文章将对农村土地确权存在困境与对策问题进行详细的研究。

At present,there are some problems in confirmation land right:insufficient understanding of the role of land warrants,difficult implementation of confirmation land right in uncultivated land and building on farming land,technology and cost problems affecting land right verification accuracy,time-consuming land registration authority card issuing.This paper researches on difficulties in rural land counterpoising and countermeasures in detail.
