初任数学教师专业素养分析与思考——基于淄博师专102名毕业生的调查

摘要 初任教师的专业素养作为教师专业成长的起点,为今后教师专业发展奠定基础、指明方向,并决定着专业发展能走多远的问题。通过对山东省淄博师专的毕业生(德州市生源)进行调查发现,初任数学教师的专业素养状况喜忧参半:具有积极向上的专业理想和专业情意;对数学教育专业课程的开设较为满意,认为应加强教师教育类课程、感觉实践教学课程对就业帮助较大;初任小学数学教师认为最重要的能力是组织管理能力和数学教学,认为观摩学习是提升教学能力的最有效途径。在影响毕业生成功就业的因素中,毕业生的综合素质、职业技能和道德品行位列前三。初任教师的专业知识储备、职业技能和数学专业素养仍需发展提升。 As a starting point for teachers' professional development,the professional qualities of new teachers lay the foundation,give directions for teachers' professional development,and even determine how far they can go.Through an investigation of the graduates of Zibo Normal College who come from Dezhou,we find that the professionalism situations of new mathematics teachers are as follows:they have positive professional ideals and professional affection;they are quite satisfied with the major courses of mathematics education,and believe that teacher education courses should be strengthened,practical teaching courses are helpful in employment;they think that the most important skill is the ability to organize and manage teaching,and emphatic learning is the most effective way to improve teaching ability.The overall quality of graduates,professional skills and ethical conduct are the top three factors which affect the success of graduates in employment.New teachers' professional knowledge base,professional skills and professional quality still need to be enhanced.
