伴发脑梗死的POEMS综合征1例并文献复习

摘要
POEMS综合征是一种以多发性周围神经病变（polyneuropathy）、脏器肿大（organomegaly）、内分泌病变（endocrinopathy）、单克隆球蛋白（monoclonal gammopathy M）和皮肤改变（skin changes S）为主要特征的克隆性浆细胞病,临床上合并脑梗死较少见。现报告1例伴发脑梗死的POEMS综合征,以提高临床上对该病的认识。
