摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访问、数理统计与逻辑分析等研究方法,对当下我国龙舟体育文化传承人才类型、培养策略等发展问题展开深度研究。结果表明:我国龙舟体育文化传承的人才诉求主要为龙舟竞技运动人才、龙舟礼仪服务人才、龙舟文化管理人才、龙舟商贸旅游人才、龙舟专业教育人才、龙舟制作工程人才与龙舟项目科研人才等七种人才类型;其主要培养策略可概括为"更新观念,提高人才培养地位"、"适应需求,明确人才培养类型"、"强化领导,构建人才培养体系"、"提振教育,开拓人才培养渠道"、"明确目标,廓清人才培养规格"、"文化修为,开展人才培养研究"、"优化队伍,加强师资培养力度"、"制定法规,加大培养经费投入"与"加强协同,促进人才培养合作"等九大策略。上述龙舟体育文化人才类型的明确及其培养策略的制定,对于我国龙舟体育文化人才培养摆脱困境、实现健康发展具有重要的理论意义与实际意义。
By using literature research,questionnaire,expert interviews,statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,we find out that nowadays Chinese dragon boat sports cultural inheritance encounters a few development bottlenecks like unclear talent types,lack of good cultivation strategy,etc.,which should be studied in depth through using the method of multi- discipline theory. The study shows that the market needs such seven types of talents as dragon boat racing sportsmen,etiquette service staff,management personnel,trade and tourism personnel,educational majors in dragon boat,dragon boat manufacturing talents and project researchers and that nine main cultivation strategies should be employed,such as renewal of ideas to improve the status of cultivation,meeting the demands to clarify talent types,strengthening of leadership to establish talent cultivation systems,invigorating education to expand cultivation channels,setting clear objectives to clarify cultivation specifications,improving cultural quality to start cultivation research,optimizing teaching staff to promote cultivation cooperation,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the way out and the healthy development of dragon boat sports culture talent cultivation.
