摘要
研究采用整体自尊、主观锻炼体验以及身体自尊等问卷对124名长期进行太极拳锻炼的老年人(太极拳组)以及98人从未进行太极拳锻炼的老年人(普通组)进行测试对比。研究认为:(1)老年人长期有规律地参与太极拳运动能够对其产生长、短期效益,但更应该重视长期参与太极拳锻炼逐步带来的身心健康价值;(2)针对老年人这一特殊群体,一周保持3次锻炼是一个较为理想的阔值、每次负荷时间安排在30min^60min之间是一种更为有效的安排;(3)尽管群体性体育锻炼有助于个体参与运动的动机、认同感的提升,但是,本研究认为,与朋友一起进行太极拳锻炼是一种更优的策略选择。
This study adopts the overall self- esteem,subjective exercise experience and physical self- esteem questionnaire of 124 long- term Taijiquan exercise in the elderly( Tai Chi Group) and 98 people never Taijiquan exercise for older people( normal group) were tested and contrasted. Studies suggest that:( 1) the elderly group with long- term regular Taijiquan exercise can produce short- term benefits,but more should pay attention to long- term participation in Taijiquan exercise gradually bringing the physical and mental health value;( 2) For the elderly group,a week to maintain the three exercise is a ideal width value,each load,time arrangement in 30 to 60 minutes between is a kind of more effective arrangements;( 3) Despite the fact that the mass sports exercise is helpful in individual sports participation motivation and sense of identity,but this study suggests that,together with friends to Taijiquan exercise is a better strategy choice.
