健美操和慢跑运动对年轻肥胖女性体重的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究目的:我国民众肥胖问题凸显,大众减肥日趋重要。以健美操和慢跑运动对年轻肥胖女性体重影响为研究目的,通过一段时间的有氧运动,并辅以饮食干预,来评价健美操和慢跑的减肥效果。研究方法:受试者分为三组,分别为A组(健美操组),B组(慢跑组)和C组(对照组)。运动量规定为5次/周,每次持续时间为60min,为期10周。受试开始前,测试受试者的身高体重,腰围,臀围以及皮下脂肪厚度,4周后重新测试一次。研究结果:运动10周后,健美操组和慢跑组运动员的体重、BMI、腰围和皮脂厚度相比于对照组有较为明显的降低,因此,两组有氧运动都能较好地降低年轻女性的体脂率。 Purpose: People obesity in our country has been highlighted,and the problem of the public to lose weight has become increasingly serious. In this paper,we applying aerobics and jogging in young obese women to assess their effect on weight for research purposes. After a period of aerobic exercise,along with diet intervention,we evaluated the effect of aerobics and jogging on reducing weight. Methods: Subjects were divided into three groups,Group A( Aerobics),Group B( Jogging) and Group C( Control),respectively. Subjects have to exercise for 5 times per week,and each time last for 1 hour,and the training last for 10 weeks. Before the test,we measured the subjects' height and weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and subcutaneous fat thickness,and after four weeks we measured again. Results: After 10 weeks,the athletes 'body weight,BMI,waist circumference and sebum thickness in aerobics group and jogging group are significantly lower than the control group,as a result,both group of aerobic exercise can reduce body fat rate of young women significantly.
