高职高专大学生法律素质现状及对策研究

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students' Legal Quality

大学生法律意识、法治观念的强弱直接影响着我国社会主义法治建设的进程,大学生法律素质的高低将最终影响我国社会主义特色法治国家的确立。通过对云南几所高职高专大学生法律素质进行调研分析,发现目前云南高职高专学生的法律素质有待进一步提高,如法律知识欠缺、法律信仰不坚定、运用法律有偏差等。通过分析大学生法律素质存在问题的原因,建议从社会、家庭、学校,特别是大学生自身出发,为大学生提高法律素质创造环境、提供条件。

College students＇ legal consciousness and the strong ＆ the weak of legal concept will directly affect the process of socialism legal construction in China. Their legal quality level will ultimately affect the establishment of socialism legal country with Chinese characteristics. A survey of legal quality in sev-eral vocational colleges in Yunnan province shows that students＇ legal quality needs to be improved due to their lack of legal knowledge, weak legal faith and applying the laws improperly. By an analysis of the problems and their causes, this paper suggests providing environment and conditions to improve students＇ legal quality, starting from the society, their families, colleges, especially college students themselves.
