摘要
介绍了国内核电工程混凝土管理模式现状,分析了华龙一号核电工程混凝土实行甲供与乙供管理模式的优缺点,结合华龙一号核电工程混凝土需求量大的自身特点,文章重点从经济性方面对甲、乙两种供应模式进行对比研究,从降低工程造价和项目管理角度综合分析得出甲供模式为核电项目混凝土管理最优模式,以期对后续同机型核电工程混凝土管理模式提供参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the current situation of concrete management pattern in domestic nuclear power project and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of concrete supply management patterns bewteen plan A and plan B for HPR1000 nuclear power project. Considering the great demand of concrete for HPR1000 nuclear power project, the paper mainly makes contrastive study to the A and B Supply pattern from the economic aspect. By making comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that A Supply is the optimal pattern from the perspective of reducing cost and project management. It is hoped that the research can provide reference for concrete management pattern of the following nuclear power project with the same type of unit.
