摘要 主要论述了摆头转台五坐标数控机床后置处理算法。首先建立摆头转台五坐标数控机床的坐标系,通过各个坐标系的坐标变换关系,推导出该类机床的转角计算公式和坐标变换公式,并论述了回转角度的取值问题;利用JAVA语言开发出HAMUEL HSTM 1000数控机床的专用后置处理软件,并通过叶片仿真加工验证了该后置处理算法的正确性。 Post-processing algorithm of the five-axis NC machine tool with table-rotary was researched. The coordinate system of the five-axis NC machine tool with table-rotary was established to build coordinate transformation between the coordinate systems respectively. The rotary angle calculating formulae and coordinate transformation formulae were provided,the value of the rotation angle was discussed. The special post-processor for HAMUEL HSTM1000 NC machine tool was developed using JAVA language and the correctness of the post-processing algorithm was verified by simulation machining of blade.
