摘要
针对中小型船厂对型材冷弯成形加工需要,利用计算机软件根据肋骨样条型值数据生成基于累加弦长的近似弧长三次参数样条函数和曲线,在此数学样条曲线的基础上,提出一种基于进料弧长和角度的弧角测量控制方法,采用此测量控制方法避免了以往测量控制法庞大的测量机构;使用铜线模拟型材的中性层曲线,在实验装置上进行模拟实验研究,采用合适的支点距离和进料距离对新型非端点测量控制方法进行验证,实验结果证明了这些方法的合理性和实用性。预期在此研究基础上研发数控船用型材冷弯成形设备,应用于生产,将大大提高企业的制造水平、效率,产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the requirements for marine profiles cold bending production of small and medium shipyards,the ribs' type value data were used to generate the approximate arc cubic parameter spline function and curve based on accumulative string length by computer programs. On the basis of the parameter spline curve,a kind of arc angle measurement control method was put forward.Using this measurement control method,the large measurement mechanism needed in previous control methods was avoided. Then,copper wire was used to simulate neutral layers of the profiles' curves,and the simulant experiments research was made in the experimental devices. Proper fulcrum distance and feed distance were adopted to verify this measurement control method. The experimental results prove the method's rationality and practicability. Based on the arc angle measurement control method,CNC marine profiles cold bending equipment can be developed,by which the manufacturing level and production efficiency of shipyards will be greatly improved,and great economic benefit and social benefit would be produced.
