摘要
针对车间在产工件柱塞泵轴,分析该工件球窝部分的技术要求及加工难点,引入NX8.5软件进行刀路轨迹设计,给出一种倒扣加工的方法,使用VERICUT软件进行仿真加工,并进行模型实体与加工实体误差分析,根据分析报告对刀路轨迹进行改进。
For piston pump shaft being manufactured in a workshop,the technical requirements and process difficulties were analyzed. The tool path was designed using NX8. 5 software. A method to machine undercut was given. VERICUT software was used to simulate the machining process,and error between the simulated model and the solid model was analyzed. According to the analysis report,the tool path was improved.
