摘要
设计简单钻孔夹具,钻模板与夹具底板构成一体,钻模板相对夹具体位置不动,避免钻模板相对尺寸精度改变,零件与钻模板构成定位组合,钻模板精度影响零件加工精度。该夹具结构简单,操作方便。
A simple drilling jig was designed,the drill template and the fixture bottom constituted an organic whole,the location of the drill template was fixed relative to the fixture body,avoiding the drill template precision change. Parts and the drill template formed a positioning combination,the drilling template precision affected the parts processing precision. The designed fixture has simple structure and convenient operation.
