摘要
运用实验手段测量轴流对旋风机流场内部流动的压力脉动及噪声,研究对旋风机的气固耦合噪声,同时对气固耦合噪声进行数值模拟,从根本上揭示了通风机产生噪声的原因:动叶与气体的气固耦合问题所导致的流场内气体压力脉动、通风机内的分离流涡结构。对风机仿生降噪进行了相关研究,锯齿形结构使其噪声相对降低了2.5 dB(A)。
Pressure pulsation of axial flow fan's inside flow was measured by dynamic pressure sensor,the gas-structure coupled noise of counter-rotating axial flow fan was studied through a new perspective. The pressure pulsation and noise in the internal flow field of counter-rotating axial flow fan were measured by experimental method. Meanwhile,the gas-structure coupled noise characteristics were investigated by numerical simulation. It is revealed that the gas pressure pulsation,separated flows and vortex motion in the internal flow field caused by the gas-structure coupled function are the main reasons. Furthermore,the noise reduction on fan blade with bionic structure was carried out. The noise was reduced 2. 5 d B( A) by using serrated blade.
