无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺二型呼衰临床效果评定及观察

目的观察并评定无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺二型呼衰临床效果。方法选取100例慢性阻塞性肺二型呼衰患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,增加无创呼吸机治疗。结果实验组的总有效率、呼吸频率、Pa O2、Pa CO2均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺二型呼衰的临床效果明显。

Objective To observe and assess non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD II clinical effect of respiratory failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary respiratory failure in patients with type II in May 2015 were treated as research subjects were randomLy divided into control and experimental groups, 50 patients in each group. Control group with conventional treatment, the experimental group on the basis of the control group, the increase of non-invasive ventilation therapy. Results The total efifciency of the experimental group, respiratory rate, PaO 2, PaCO 2 were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary clinical results II respiratory failure is obvious.
