摘要
空港地区产业演变研究是产业结构优化的重要依据,对长三角六大主要空港经济区产业发育现状以及1999—2013年各区产业结构的历史演变分析表明:总体上,制造业比重持续最高,但已逐步下降,运输业对制造业挤占效应明显。服务业比重稳定在20%左右,商务服务业普遍较弱。行业上,一是零售业、设备制造业快速增长,制造业临空指向有所增强;二是物流业明显受制于机场规模;三是各区大部分行业相同,亦存在区域特色。在归纳世界知名空港经济区模式的基础上,将实证空港经济区与之进行相似度分析,选择各区适宜的发展模式。
On the basis of comparing industry status and industrial evolution of six main airport economic zones in the Yangtze River Delta from 1999 to 2013, the research shows that manufacturing continues always have the highest proportion, but it declined gradually, and the proportion of transportation is rising, the substitution effect of transportation to manufacturing is obvious. The proportion of services steadily accounts for about 2 0 % , while the wholesale and retail sales grows significantly, which currently accounts for over 7 5 % of services on average, but the proportion of business services is lower in general. In the aspect of industry characteristics, firstly, retail and equipment manufacturing grew rapidly, and huboriented of equipment manufacturing is strengthening ; Secondly ,the development of logistics is obviously subjected to the scale of airports; Thirdly, most districts share the same industries, but they also have regional characteristics influenced by local industries and the scale of the airports. On the basis of induction of the world,s best-known airport economic zone models, this paper aims at comparing the industry characteristics and the driving force of the empirical area with the world famous airport economic zones, and then select suitable modes for different districts.
