轨道交通对不同区段土地利用影响差异研究——以武汉轨道交通2号线为例 被引量:11

The Different Impacts of Rail Transit on Urban Land Use between Different Sections: A Case Study of the No.2 Rail Transit Line in Wuhan

摘要 已有文献中有关轨道交通对土地利用的影响研究侧重于分析轨道交通对土地利用产生何种影响,却忽视了这些影响在不同区段存在差异。以武汉市地铁2号线为例,按照武汉市道路环线范围将地铁2号线分为内环以内、内二环之间、二三环之间、三环以外4个区段,采用GIS空间分析方法从时间尺度和空间尺度分析轨道交通对不同区段土地利用影响的差异性。其中,时间尺度的分析从土地利用面积变化、程度变化和变化的空间差异三方面展开;空间尺度的分析从土地利用功能、结构和形态三方面展开。研究结果表明:轨道交通对不同区段的土地利用影响存在差异,表现为对城市外围地区土地利用的影响大于城市中心地区。分析其原因在于轨道交通对城市外围地区区位条件的改善作用明显,吸引商业、住宅等用地的集中导致其土地利用变化较大,而城市中心地区则相反。 This paper takes the No.2 Rail Transit Line of Wuhan as a case study, dividing it into four sections according to ring range of Wuhan, which are within the first ring, within the second ring, within the third ring and outside the third ring. Using the method of GIS spatial analysis to analyze the different impacts of rail transit on dif-ferent sections from two perspectives, which are temporal scale and spatial scale. Among them, the analysis of temporal scale takes the whole line as the study object and discusses the different impacts of the rail transit on land use over time, including three aspects, which are differences of variation of areas, differences of variation of landuse degree, differences of variation in the space. The analysis of spatial scale takes five typical stations as study objects, analyzing the different impacts of the rail transit on land use along the spatial areas change, including three as-pects, which are land use functions, land use structures, land use forms. The results show that the impacts of the rail transit on land use are various in different sections, which represents that the influence of land use on urban periphery is greater than that of urban central area. This is because the rail transit has a significant impact on the im-provement of the location conditions of the urban periphery area, which attracts the concentration of many types of land use, such as the commercial land, residential land, etc, which leads to greater change of land use, whereas urban central area is on the contrary.
