摘要
目的:探讨老年骨质疏松症患者年龄、体质量、身高、体质量指数( BMI)、下肢长度、骨密度(BMD)与平衡能力之间的相关性。方法对初次诊断并符合纳入标准的86例老年骨质疏松症患者进行相关研究资料的收集和测定,包括年龄、BMI、BMD、闭目单脚站立时间( SST )、星形伸展平衡测试( SEBT ),分析SST、SEBT与各指标之间的相关关系。应用SPSS 16.0统计软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 SST与年龄、BMI呈负相关关系(P<0.05),与左、右髋部BMD呈正相关关系(P<0.01),而与体质量、身高、下肢长度、腰椎BMD无相关性( P>0.05);SEBT在东北、东、东南、南、西南方向与年龄呈负相关关系(P<0.05),SEBT在东北、东、东南、南方向与左髋BMD呈正相关关系(P<0.05),SEBT在东、东南、南方向与右髋BMD呈正相关关系(P<0.01),而SEBT与体质量、身高、下肢长度、BMI、腰椎BMD无相关性(P>0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松症患者年龄、BMI及髋部骨密度与平衡能力有关,即随着年龄增加,平衡能力呈下降趋势;BMI增高,静态平衡能力下降;髋部BMD越高,平衡能力相对越好。
Objective To explore the correlation between balance function of aged patients with senile osteoporosis and their age , weight, height, Body Mass Index (BMI), length of lower limbs, and bone mineral density ( BMD) .Methods A total of 86 eligible patients with senile osteoporosis in their initial diagnosis were investigated to collect related research materials , including age, BMI, BMD, stork stand test (SST), and star excursion balance test ( SEBT ) .The correlations were examined between SST , SEBT and all indexes factors , with the results statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0.Results The results showed that SST was negatively correlated with age and BMI (P〈0.05), positively correlated with BMD at both femurs (P〈0.01), and had no correlation with weight, height, length of lower limbs, or BMD at lumbar (P〉0.05).The results indicated that SEBT, in directions of northeast , east, southeast, south and southwest , was negatively correlated with age (P〈0.05);in directions of northeast, east, southeast and south, it was positively correlated with BMD at the left femur (P〈0.05);in directions of east, southeast and south, it was positively correlated with BMD at the right femur (P〈0.01), and it had no correlation with weight , height, length of lower limbs, BMI, or BMD at lumbar (P〉0.05).Conclusions For aged patients with senile osteoporosis , balance function is associated with age, BMI and BMD at both femurs.Namely, with the age increasing, balance function declines;with the BMI becoming higher , static balance function declines; the higher BMD at both femurs is , the better balance function can get .
