ANXA3 mRNA和Livin mRNA在胆囊癌和胆囊息肉中的表达及意义

The clinical application of detection of ANXA3mRNA and Livin mRNA in tissues in the diseases with the gallbladder carcinoma and the gallbladder polyps

目的:探讨膜联蛋白A3(ANXA3)mRNA和Livin mRNA在胆囊癌和胆囊息肉组织中的表达及意义。方法:收集35例胆囊癌患者(胆囊癌组)和34例胆囊息肉患者(息肉组)的临床资料,采用RT-PCR技术检测组织ANXA3和Livin的表达,观察两标志物的变化与胆囊癌和胆囊息肉疾病之间的关系。结果:胆囊癌组ANXA3mRNA和Livin mRNA表达与息肉组比较显著增高(P<0.01)。胆囊癌组ANXA3mRNA和Livin mRNA表达呈正相关(r=0.617,P<0.01)。胆囊癌组中ANXA3mRNA和Livin mRNA的表达量分别和血清CEA、CA19-9及CA50具有相关性[(r=0.627,0.593,0.607,P<0.01),(r=0.643,0.610,0.623,P<0.01)]。结论:检测组织ANXA3和Livin的表达有助于胆囊癌和胆囊息肉疾病的早期鉴别诊断,

Objective：To explore the clinical application of detection of ANXA3 mRNA and LivinmRNA in tissues in the diseases with the gallbladder carcinoma and the gallbladder polyps.Methods：The serum and clinical data in 35 cases of patients with gallbladder carcinoma（carcinoma group）and 34 cases of patients with gallbladder polyps（polyps group）were collected,used the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR（Real-time-PCR,rt-pcr）technology to detect the expression of tissue ANXA3 and Livin to observe the changes and the relationship with gallbladder diseases for of the two markers.Results：In the carcinoma group the expression of tissue ANXA3 and Livin respectively with comparision to those in the controls were significantly higher,the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）,and the expression of ANXA3 mRNA and LivinmRNA were positively correlated in the carcinoma group（r=0.617,P〈0.01）,which respectively were relevant with the levels of serum CEA and CA19-9and CA50（r=0.627,0.593,0.607,P〈0.01）,（r=0.643,0.610,0.623,P 0.01）.Conclution：Testing the expression of ANXA3 and Livin in tissues can help the gallbladder carcinoma and the gallbladder polyps disease in the early differential diagnosis。
