随着信息技术的发展,在线学习越来越受到青年的接受和喜爱,并成为促进教学改革,提高培养质量,增强青年自我发展能力的重要途径。在线学习所具有的碎片化、去中心化、多元化等特征,对青年价值观的养成途径、价值选择和判断产生重要影响,并带来新的机遇和挑战。思想政治教育工作者需要树立"在线思维",构建价值观培育的在线学习生态环境,优化价值观培育在线课程,塑造价值观培育在线文化,拓展价值观培育手段。

With the development of information technology,online learning has gained in popularity among the youth,and has become an important way of promoting pedagogic reform, improving education quality, and enhancing the self-development of the youth. Such characteristics of online learning as fragmentization, decentration and diversification have profound impact on the formation of youth values, the choice and judgment of values, which will bring new opportunities and challenges. Ethical and political educators need to establish a mode of ＂online thinking＂ , construct an ecological environment for online learning, optimize online courses for value cultivation, develop online culture for value cultivation, and expand the way of value cultivation.
