非糜烂性胃食管反流病烧心症状感知机制的认识 被引量:21

摘要 非糜烂性胃食管反流病是一组异质性疾病,目前其发病机制尚未明确,已有大量研究发现食管黏膜屏障完整性受损及食管内脏高敏感性是其烧心症状感知的重要机制。因此,本文将就这两种重要机制在其发病中的作用作一综述。
