血清同型半胱氨酸和脂蛋白(a)与中青年缺血性脑卒中患者的相关研究

Study on correlations among serum homocysteine,lipoprotein(a) and ischemic stroke in young and mid-aged adults

目的:研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和脂蛋白[Lp(a)]水平与中青年缺血性脑卒中患者之间的关系,指导临床上缺血性脑卒中患者的预防和治疗。方法:选取168例中青年缺血性脑卒中患者设为脑卒中组;100例健康体检者设为对照组。检测两组研究对象的血清Hcy和Lp(a)水平,并进行统计学分析;同时检测脑卒中患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原和血脂水平,分析与Hcy和Lp(a)相关性。结果:脑卒中组患者血清Hcy(17.63±10.09)μmol/L和Lp(a)(287.37±177.34)mg/L水平及异常检出率均显著高于对照组(Hcy10.05±3.89μmol/L,Lp(a)150±101.81)mg/L(P<0.001);脑卒中组患者Hcy与Lp(a)之间无相关性,同时Hcy和Lp(a)分别与CRP、纤维蛋白原和血脂水平均无相关性。结论:血清Hcy和Lp(a)水平升高都是引发中青年缺血性脑卒中患者的重要的独立危险因素,对预测脑血管疾病的发生有重要价值。

Objective： To study correlations among serum homocysteine,lipoprotein（ a） and ischemic stroke in young and mid-aged adults in order to contribute to prevent and treat ischemic stroke. Methods： 168 young and mid-aged patients with ischemic stroke were selected as stroke group,while 100 healthy persons at the same time were selected as control group. Their homocysteine and lipoprotein（ a） levels were tested and statistically analyzed. At the same time,the C-reactive protein,fibrinogen and blood fat levels of the stroke patients were determined,and their correlations with homocysteine and lipoprotein（ a） were analyzed. Results： The serum homocysteine（ 17.63± 10. 09 μmol /） and lipoprotein（ a）（ 287. 37 ± 177. 34 mg / L） levels and their abnormal detection rate of stroke group were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0.001）. There were no correlation between homocysteine and lipoprotein（ a）,and there were also no correlations among serum homocysteine,lipoprotein（ a） and the C-reactive protein,fibrinogen and blood fat levels. Conclusions： The serum＇s homocysteine and lipoprotein（ a） levels are the independent risk factors to cause ischemic stroke in the youth and mid-aged adults,and have an important value for the prediction of cerebrovascular diseases.
