单人操作小切口阑尾切除术20例报道

A report of single operation small incision appendectomy in 20 cases

目的:观察单人操作小切口阑尾切除术的应用效果。方法:选取阑尾炎患者40例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组患者采用单人操作小切口阑尾切除术;对照组患者采用传统双人操作阑尾切除术。观察两组患者预后情况。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后肛门排气与排便时间分别为(87.24±13.98)h和(103.98±18.13)h,明显低于对照组(103.98±18.13)h和(92.76±11.99)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中均未见胃肠道脏器损伤、胆漏或大出血等并发症。结论:单人操作小切口患者阑尾切除术应用效果优于传统双人操作。

Objective： To investigate application effects of single operation small incision appendectomy. Methods： 40 patients with appendicitis were selected and divided into observation group（ n = 20） and control group（ n = 20） according to the random number table. The observation group were given the single operation small incision appendectomy,while the control group were used the traditional double operation appendectomy. The prognosis conditions of the two groups were observed. Results： Both groups were successfully completed the surgery,and the differences of the operative time,blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay of the two groups were not significant（ P〉0.05）. The postoperative anal exhaust time（ 87.24±13.98） h and defecation time（ 103.98± 18.13） h in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ 103.98±18.13） h and（ 92.76±11.99） h,respectively（ P〈0.05）. All patients were not suffered from postoperative gastrointestinal and organ injuries,bile leakage,bleeding and other complications. Conclusions： The application effects of single operation small incision appendectomy are better than the traditional double operation appendectomy.
