心理护理在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中的作用分析

Analysis of effects of psychological nursing on rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨心理护理在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中的作用。方法:将慢性精神分裂症患者180例分成观察组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组患者给予药物治疗和常规护理;观察组患者在对照组基础上开展心理护理。护理前后,比较两组患者的PANSS总分以及护理前和护理后第4周、第8周、第12周,两组患者的NOSIE总分。结果:护理后第12周末,观察组患者的PANSS量表减分率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后第8周和护理后第12周,观察组患者的NOSIE评分总分明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在慢性精神分裂症患者的康复过程中起着至关重要的作用,可促进其精神症状的有效缓解,有助于恢复其社会功能。

Objective： To explore effects of psychological nursing on rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods： 180 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients were divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures and drug treatment,while the observation group was given psychological care on the basis of those of the control group. The PANSS total scores before and after the nursing,and the NOSIE total scores before and 4,8 and 12 weeks after the nursing of the two groups were compared. Results： The reduction rate of PANSS in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 12 weeks after the nursing,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The NOSIE scores 8 and 12 weeks after the nursing of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Psychological nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation of the patients with chronic schizophrenia,and it can promote the effective control of the mental symptoms and help to restore the social function of the patients with chronic schizophrenia.
