经济全球化的快速推进和信息技术的广泛应用,使得现代人的交往活动呈现出复杂化态势,交往方式正在发生深刻变革。传统意义上的社会交往在构建社会结构、发展生产力和促进人的发展方面发挥着独特的作用,但正在被各种负面效应所钳制。社会哲学认为,对一定时期内的社会交往活动进行评价,须立足于主客观、实效性、全面性和开放性等原则,并把握一定的尺度。如此,方可彰显社会交往的合理性和正当性,也有利于社会评价体系的构建。

The rapid advance of economic globalization and the wide application of information technology, make communication between modern people present a complicated situation. Ways of communication are undergoing profound changes. The traditional communication plays an important role in the construction of social structure, developing the productive forces and promoting human development. But it is being muzzled by various negative effects. Social philosophy thought, evaluating social communication activity during a given period of time, should be based on these principles of the subjective and objective, effectiveness, openness and comprehensiveness, and grasp a certain scale. Based on it, not only can reveal the rationality and legitimacy of social interaction, but also build the social evaluation system.
